TAYLOR VESLA Billet Heavy Duty Chassis

This Billet chassis was designed as a HD alternative to the stock one, for hard bashers or big power guys that want a dependable solid car. The whole chassis incl front kick up is machined from one massive billet, leaving the whole chassis as 10mm thick, with loads of weight reduction pockets.

 

The centre section of our Chassis however has far less depth to the pocketing then the front or back (where its heavily braced). This means our chassis even without our centre brace, offers a huge strength increase over stock throughout the whole centre section of the car. There is also a HD unpocked section between engine and gearbox, to offer much needed bracing here too.

 

Basically, anywhere where the stock chassis is not braced by any form of vertical bracket, engine or structure. We have beefed up big time, removing any stress and making the platform 100% bash without worry!

 

The chassis is supplied with a full bottom mounted hardware kit due to the extra thickness, all premium 10.9 BZP Bolts.
